Express Orders
Orders placed before 11am (AEST) are dispatched the same business day. Delivery to most major East Coast cities usually takes 1–2 business days. Please note that some Australia Post services may take slightly longer depending on location and demand.
Standard Orders
All standard shipping orders are personalised and sent within three business days.

New Zealand Delivery
Flat rate of $22 per order for standard delivery. Delivery typically takes 6–10 business days. For Express delivery the rate is $35. The express delivery typically take 4-7 days
International Delivery
We've temporarily stopped international shipping (except New Zealand).
✨ Important Note: International delivery times can vary depending on postal services and customs clearance. For faster gifting options overseas, we recommend checking local retailers within the recipient’s country.
Sending to a Hospital Address
We recommend sending gifts to the family’s home address rather than to the hospital. In many cases, new mums are discharged quite quickly, and parcels can arrive after they’ve already left. This can lead to the gift being delayed, misplaced, or difficult to collect.
Even with Express Post to metro hospitals, delivery can take several business days. Australia Post may complete their part within 1–2 business days, but many hospitals don’t accept parcels directly and instead pick them up from the local post office, which causes further delays.
If you still prefer to send your order to a hospital, we’re happy to ship it there. Please note however, that if Mum has already gone home, we won’t be able to arrange returns, redirections, or re-delivery on your behalf.
