By applying to and participating in the Cotton Cuddles Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate”, “you”, “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not apply or participate.

1. Program Overview

The Cotton Cuddles Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote our personalised baby products using unique referral links and/or coupon codes. Affiliates earn commission on qualifying purchases made through their referral link or coupon.

2. Application & Approval Process

  • To join the Program, applicants must complete the Affiliate Registration form on our website.
  • Applicants are required to provide accurate information including:
    • First name and last name
    • Preferred coupon code
    • Intended promotion methods
    • Account password
  • By submitting an application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • All applications are reviewed by the Cotton Cuddles team.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, without providing a reason.
  • If approved:
    • An affiliate account will be created
    • Login details will be shared via email

3. Affiliate Dashboard & Tools

Approved affiliates will receive access to an affiliate dashboard where they can:

  • Generate unique referral links
  • Access their assigned referral coupon code
  • Track clicks, sales, and commissions

Affiliates may promote Cotton Cuddles using:

  • Referral links
  • Referral coupon codes
  • Or a combination of both

4. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn 10% commission on eligible sales.
  • Customers using an affiliate coupon will receive a 5% discount at checkout.
  • Commission is calculated on the product sale price only and excludes:
    • Shipping/delivery fees
    • GST (tax component)
  • Commission rates are subject to change at any time at Cotton Cuddles’ discretion.

5. Tracking & Cookie Duration

  • Sales are tracked via cookies and/or coupon attribution.
  • The standard cookie window is 30 days from the customer’s first click.
  • A commission will only be awarded where tracking is successfully recorded within this period.

6. Commission Eligibility

Commissions will only be paid on:

  • Successfully completed orders
  • Orders not cancelled, refunded, or charged back

Cotton Cuddles reserves the right to:

  • Reverse or cancel commissions for refunded or fraudulent transactions

7. Payout Terms

  • Affiliates must have a valid PayPal account to receive payouts (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
  • Commissions are paid monthly, in the first week of each month, for the previous month’s earnings.

Example:
If an affiliate earns $300 in January, the payout will be processed in the first week of February.

  • Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details are correct.
  • Cotton Cuddles is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information.

8. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must:

  • Promote Cotton Cuddles in a truthful, ethical, and brand-aligned manner
  • Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required (e.g. “This post contains affiliate links”)
  • Ensure content complies with applicable advertising laws (including Australian Consumer Law)

Affiliates must not:

  • Engage in misleading or deceptive marketing
  • Use spam, unsolicited messages, or unethical tactics
  • Misrepresent Cotton Cuddles products, pricing, or offers
  • Impersonate Cotton Cuddles or act as an official representative
  • Use their own affiliate link or coupon for personal purchases

9. Brand & Content Usage

  • Affiliates may use Cotton Cuddles images, logos, and content only for promotional purposes.
  • Brand assets must not be altered in a way that misrepresents the brand.
  • Cotton Cuddles reserves the right to request edits or removal of any content at any time.

10. Non-Compete & Conflicts of Interest

  • Affiliates must not promote direct competing brands offering similar personalised baby products in a way that creates confusion or conflict with Cotton Cuddles promotions.
  • Affiliates must not position competing products alongside Cotton Cuddles promotions in a misleading or comparative manner without disclosure.

11. Account Termination

By Cotton Cuddles:

  • Cotton Cuddles may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, without prior notice, including for:
    • Breach of these Terms
    • Inactive accounts
    • Misuse of the Program

By Affiliate:

  • Affiliates may request closure of their account by providing 30 days’ written notice via email.

Upon termination:

  • All affiliate links and promotional use must cease immediately
  • Any eligible unpaid commissions may be processed, provided no breach has occurred

12. Program Suspension or Closure

Cotton Cuddles reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time

In the event of program closure:

  • All valid commissions earned prior to closure will be paid in accordance with these Terms

13. Limitation of Liability

Cotton Cuddles is not liable for:

  • Tracking errors, technical issues, or system interruptions
  • Loss of revenue, indirect damages, or missed commissions

Participation in the Program is at the affiliate’s own risk.

14. Changes to Terms

Cotton Cuddles may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
