At Cotton Cuddles, we aim to get your personalised baby gifts to you as quickly and safely as possible. Every order is carefully prepared, packed and shipped from Victoria via Australia Post.

Express Shipping
For gifts that need to arrive a little sooner.
Order before 11am AEST
Express orders placed before the cut-off are dispatched the same business day.
Delivery to most major East Coast metropolitan areas generally takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and remain subject to Australia Post's network and delivery timelines.
Express Shipping to Darwin and many regional areas generally takes around 3–5 business days.

Standard Delivery
Standard orders are personalised and dispatched within 3 business days.
New Zealand Delivery
We currently offer both Standard and Express delivery to New Zealand.
Standard Delivery
Flat rate per order. Delivery generally takes 6–10 business days.
Express Delivery
Flat rate per order. Delivery generally takes 4–7 business days.
International Delivery
International shipping is temporarily unavailable
We have temporarily paused international shipping to countries outside Australia and New Zealand.
International delivery times can vary significantly depending on local postal services and customs clearance. For urgent overseas gifts, we recommend checking retailers within the recipient's country.
Weekend & Public Holiday Orders
Business-day processing
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Same-day dispatch for Express orders placed before 11am AEST applies to business days only. Orders placed outside business days will be prepared and dispatched on the following working day.
Sending a Gift to a Hospital
We recommend sending gifts to the family's home address
New mums can often be discharged from hospital quite quickly, meaning a parcel may arrive after they have already gone home. This can result in gifts being delayed, misplaced or difficult for the recipient to collect.
Even when using Express Post to a metropolitan hospital, delivery may take several business days. Australia Post may deliver within its expected timeframe, but some hospitals do not accept parcels directly and may instead arrange collection from a local post office, causing additional delays.
If you would still prefer to send your Cotton Cuddles order to a hospital, we're happy to ship it there. Please note that if the recipient has already left the hospital, we are unable to arrange a return, redirection or re-delivery on your behalf.
Returned Parcels & Redelivery Fees
If Australia Post returns a parcel to us
If a parcel is returned to Cotton Cuddles because the receiver was unavailable, the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, or for another reason outside our control, the customer will be responsible for the postage cost to have the parcel re-sent.
Redelivery charges will be recalculated based on the updated delivery address provided and will include the required Signature Upon Delivery service.
We will contact you to confirm the applicable redelivery fee before your order is dispatched again.
